In 2021, Flaum Management purchased a vacant 20,000 sf industrial building located at 4 Champeney Terrace, right next to the Public Market, an up-and-coming neighborhood.
After needed renovations, Flaum Management leased the building to DoorDash, which now uses it as a distribution hub for the Rochester area. This project highlights the adaptive reuse of an urban building in the 21st century’s digital age of e-commerce last-mile distribution.
