Constellation Brands, a leading beverage alcohol company, invested $50M into a new 170,000 SF headquarters in downtown Rochester at the historic Aqueduct Building located along the Genesee River. This project created more than 80 new jobs, in addition to the more than 300 jobs being relocated to the new location.
