270 On East, a new, workforce/affordable housing community for individuals and families in Rochester is a 5-story, 112-unit apartment complex located on the active corner of East Ave. and Union St. built by Christa Construction. The site, part of the City of Rochester’s Inner Loop redevelopment, includes 35 units reserved for elderly residents with supportive services coordinated by Episcopal Senior Life Communities and 20 units reserved for homeless veterans with supportive services coordinated by Eagle Star Housing.
