The new headquarters for Butler-Till, an innovative marketing and communications agency, at 260 East Broad Street is easily one of the coolest spaces in all of Rochester. It makes use of a grand stairway that connects their two primary floors and serves as a gathering area for company meetings. Buckingham Properties, the largest commercial real estate developer in Rochester, was the developer of the project. The development of this building was a joint venture with an anchor tenant, Butler/Till, which brought approximately 200 jobs to Downtown Rochester. The project used the benefits of being in an Opportunity Zone while also taking an average of programs through COMIDA, ESD, and RG&E.
