The $260 million, 330,000 sq. ft. Sands – Constellation Center for Critical Care addition for the Rochester Regional Health System, designed by CPL, raised the bar of quality healthcare in our region. The seven-story renovation includes a 20-room operating suite, a state-of-the-art labor and delivery suite, and 108 acute care rooms.
